  1. I could do without the agave nectar, but these bars look tasty and otherwise healthy! Thanks for sharing! It's impressive to see a snack bar that doesn't contain soy.

  2. @Vin- I agree about the agave, but in the absence of my own recipe, it's not so bad. I'll probably make these on my own sooner than later!

    That said, it IS listed nearly last on the list- just before the salt, which is also better than most soy and sugar laden bars where it's typically the 1st or 2nd ingredient!
