  3. This is the 2nd post I’ve seen this week about zucchini noodles and using that spiral noodle tool. Plus I got zucchinis in my CSA box this week. I think it’s a sign that i need to try this recipe out. Thank you!

  4. I made this but used fresh tomatos. They didn’t cook down to a saucy texture so I put it in my blender. Looks ORANGE, not red but still tastes great!
