  1. I’ve made two out of the three lattes so far (peppermint mocha and eggnog) and they’re fantastic! I added some MCT oil and VP collagen peptides to the eggnog recipe this morning for my post-workout breakfast. So good! Thanks for all you do; looking forward to the new book in January and the next Master Class (also January?).

  2. just wondering if I can use Monk fruit sweetener instead of Palm sugar. I haven’t read anywhere in the book (yet) where you suggest using Monk fruit sweetener, do you not suggest using it?

    Bought the Practical Paleo book over the Christmas Holiday and Hubby and I are trying to get the hang of the whole thing. My son is a vegan so his knowledge of dairy free, sugar free, etc. products has been very helpful.
