Hi Diane, Great video but I am still unsure! Sounds like squeaky clean is the way to go from the video. I think I need to pick a plan instead of doing another Whole30 (which I’ve done before and am familiar with paleo). I have had a fatigued adrenals and a sluggish thyroid, feel like my gut is leaky again, and I’ve gain almost 9 pounds in 5 months since returning from Italy. So, squeaky clean, digestive health, thyroid health or fat loss?? Many thanks!!

Hi Maria- glad you found it helpful. I’m not going to tell you which plan to follow. Please revisit what is written in the book about how to select one and re-watch the video if you need to (the book has more info, however). Then make a choice for yourself, I believe you can do that!! 🙂

Hi Diane, Unrelated to this fabulous post and due to the fact that you asked in the podcast for questions and comments to be left in your latest blog post, here I am. 2 things. 1, I made your salsa verde chicken last night, my whole crew loved it and I am excited to make more of your recipes. So thank you for those. 2, I have been on the hunt for a “junk free” deodorant. I got Primally Pure’s and it’s great in that it takes away the stank BUT it seems to leave a greasy spot on my shirt which is not cool. Do you have a good deodorant that REALLY works?! Thanks in advance and I love all that you and Liz are putting out there, thanks for the hard work! P.S. I checked your Favorites page. 😉

I purchased the “Practical Paleo” book because it has meal plans, and I really like that. However, I can’t find a shopping list, which means I am delayed because I will have to spend several hours compiling a shopping list for every few days. Is there a shopping list available online to accompany the book?

I’ve been following your meal plans since the first edition! The meal plans are what sold me and they are what continue to draw me to your books…in short, they are my godsend! I love the new meal plans in the 2nd edition and all the new recipes. I started years ago with the Squeaky Clean plan and moved to the Digestive Plan before ending up in the Athletic Plan where I felt most comfortable. I do better with a few more carbs. I’m now following your 21 Sugar Detox plan for a second time. I’ve noticed in the 2nd PP you included recipes that are 21 Sugar Detox compliant. LOVE this btw! Since I can pretty much cook the recipes from PP in my sleep and am more familiar with the PP plans, could it be possible to follow one of the PP Meal plans while doing the 21 Sugar Detox? I don’t have weight to lose…in fact I’m at my ideal weight and the only health issues I’m dealing with right now is a little fungus…hence the 21 Day detox. I’m not an intense crossfitter, but I am active and exercise every day. Any suggestions would be helpful. 🙂 Thanks so much, Diane for all you do! Looking forward to the new 21 Sugar Detox book!!! If you need a taste tester……;)

Thanks for the kind words, Amy. You can follow the Squeaky Clean plan and just tweak it a bit, but you could also use the new book and I think you’ll LOVE how detailed the new plan is — prepping stuff ahead and making it so easy to turn leftovers into new meals without cooking every day! xo, D
