Hey there, I'm Diane.
I'm a Certified Nutrition Consultant who specializes in Paleo nutrition, blood sugar regulation, food allergies and intolerances and digestive health.
What does that mean?
Well, I went (back) to school after years of working in other industries (retail, marketing, and graphic design) to learn all about nutrition and health.
So, what I'm here to teach you is a result of not only my years of nutrition education, but also my lessons from the school of life.
I'm here to empower you to choose to create a life you love.
