I searched yours and liz’s webpage searching for a solution to sweaty feet in heels or ballet flats. If you have discussed this in a podcast I am only to episode 68 (I started at the new year). I googled the question with minimal finds. Baby powder, inserts, etc. but nothing that really talks about the cause or an effective paleo or natural solution to this.
My feet don’t normally feel sweaty, I love my flip flops in the summer, but when I have to dress up for work or a special occasion I find my feet sliding around in the shoe due to sweat.
I have been low carb for several years, 95% paleo the last few months, love your book practical paleo and all the podcasts and info avail. I have started the no poo (because of allergic reactions to many of the hair care products over the years). Looking for alternative for deodorant (which don’t include coconut oil a another allergy). But mostly I want my feet to be dry in heels or ballet flats so I can comfortably walk at work.

Hello,
I searched yours and liz’s webpage searching for a solution to sweaty feet in heels or ballet flats. If you have discussed this in a podcast I am only to episode 68 (I started at the new year). I googled the question with minimal finds. Baby powder, inserts, etc. but nothing that really talks about the cause or an effective paleo or natural solution to this.

Any ideas, suggestions?
