  1. In 21 DSD on page 126 is a recipe for “Meatza”. The list of ingredients calls for 1 lb of beef and 1 lb of pork. In the instructions it describes making 2 8oz patties. That accounts for one pound of beef/pork. Is the list of ingredients wrong or the instructions? I would like to try the recipe, but I’m on a tight budget and cannot afford to waste food by getting it wrong.
