Return Policy

We know you're going to absolutely LOVE your 21-Day Sugar Detox Coaches program but, if you somehow don't (sad face), here's what you need to do to make your return for a refund within 60 days of your purchase.

Step 1. Contact us to validate your return processing.

Email [email protected] within 60 days of your order and let us know that you'd like to request a refund and revoke your 21DSD Certified Coach status (if approved).

Step 2. Request a refund via the link in your ClickBank receipt email.

If you cannot locate your receipt email, check an alternate email address as often folks use a secondary address to make a purchase, then forget that they did this.

If you still cannot locate your receipt email, contact us with your Clickbank order # or order email to look up your order #.

We collect information from you when you subscribe to one of my newsletters, respond to a survey, fill out a form or purchase one of my programs.

When on my site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name and or e-mail address. If you are purchasing one of my programs, you will be asked for your Credit Card or Paypal Information. You may also, however, visit my site anonymously.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Your information is stored at the list server that delivers Balanced Bites emails, content and program purchases. Your information can only be accessed by the necessary Balanced Bites employees, who help manage and send content to you.

All of the Emails that are sent to you include an unsubscribe link in them. You can remove yourself at any time from our newsletters or mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link that can be found in every communication that we send you.
