I was really inspired by your talk today. I love that your motto is Seek Health First because I think this is what can work for me especially since I have been up and down 5 lbs for this last year. I need to lose a significant amount of weight but I am having trouble grasping the nutrition factor. I am going to re-read the 21 DSD and give it a serious go this time.
