Play the game!

Below is a list of ingredients from a fairly commonly consumed “Non-Food.” (Meaning it's eaten by many people, but I don't consider it food.) I'd love to see your guesses in Comment posts, but if you want to just play the game to yourself that's okay too.

Try to guess the Non-Food!

Don't cheat by doing a search for the ingredients!

  1. I would guess margarine or something like that. That stuff is sick! I used to eat it all the time when I was a vegan =(. Thought it was healthy at the time.

  2. @Tiffany- isn't is so frustrating how we believed that processed foods would ever be BETTER for us than natural foods? I was there, too… when I counted calories and fat trying to eat as few of both as possible all the time! Now I'm almost the exact opposite ;o)

  3. Eww.. It's hard to tell – there's literally nothing in there! Best guess would be some sort of butter spread. Hard to believe some might eat it when real butter is SOO much better!

  4. It’s gotta be something yellow or orange… and soft with all that oil/emulsifiers… I’m going to guess some sort of fake butter/margarine. Not enough flavor to be a salad dressing…
