NEW Recipe: Green Curry Lime Baked Chicken

My Thai Green Curry & Lime Chicken is seriously simple to throw together, and let me tell you, it packs a huge amount of flavor! I made this recipe with chicken drumsticks, which would be perfect served alongside some cauli or white rice, but it would also be delicious if made with chicken thighs or even wings. Trust me, you need this in your life!

21DSD Blog Post | Introducing Health Coach Secrets: A Free Online Summit

“It has been an amazing experience being a Certified 21-Day Sugar Detox Coach, not only because of the lives that I’ve been able to change through the extra level of education and support the 21DSD Coaches Program provides, but also because I’ve had the opportunity to meet an incredible group of like-minded health practitioners across North America. Last year, I posed an idea to our Coaches group asking if anyone wanted to join forces to make a greater impact than we could alone, and that’s exactly what we did!”

“Should” precedes shame. . This thing happens when we absorb the expectations and the “shoulds” thrown at us – from our parents, families, friends, society, people of the Internet… even from ourselves. . When we don’t meet the expectations of the “shoulds,” we feel like failures. . When we absorb too many of them, we set ourselves up to feel like failures, and to feel shame, over and over again. . What if you deflected those “shoulds”? What if you stopped listening to what everyone else tells you to do, be, to become? What if you stopped asking other people what you should do all. The. Time. What if you even told your own self to shut up when you hear your mind beating you up for something you “should have done differently”? . You know what happens when you do all of that? You build confidence. You build self-esteem. You take action in a direction because the weight of the “shoulds,” which is HEAVY, by the way, stops holding you back. . Maybe you’re really freaking strong – maybe even for a while you’re strong – and you can bear the weight of the “shoulds” while pushing forward in the direction of your goals and dreams. . But, I’m willing to bet that for most of us, even just a few “shoulds” is too many – they’re too heavy. They weigh us down from doing what we feel, and know, in our hearts is going to bring us joy and help us to live a life we’re meant to live. . What would happen if you dropped the “shoulds” and then also dropped the resulting shame that inevitably follows them? . What might you accomplish, achieve, or become? . #dianedirect #mylifeswork #heretowakeyouup

  1. Thanks for sharing this! We make cold brew ice cubes so that when the ice melts it doesn’t dilute the mix. (And, it’s always easy to add more filtered water to get the blend just right.) Sadly, it doesn’t come in crushed ice…although, I hear a rolling pin and a ziplock bag fixes that.
