First off, let me thank you all for the amazing support of Practical Paleo via Amazon and in stores all over the country – and world!
After making the New York Times Bestseller list 4x already, Practical Paleo has surely gained traction and some more mainstream exposure to those who may not previously have heard of this whole movement.
I recently received word that, while sales in Costco stores have been strong overall, there is a chance the chain will stop selling the book in a couple of weeks to make room for other books for the holidays and may not bring it back until the new year hits.
I know for a fact that a ton of you were planning on gifting Practical Paleo to friends and loved ones over the holiday season!
Get this… if sales stay strong over the coming weeks, the book will most likely remain available, but if they slip, you won't be able to get the book from Costco again until after the holidays are over!
If you have a Coscto membership and were planning on grabbing some books as holiday gifts, or simply haven't gotten your own copy yet (what?!), go on out and show them how powerful this movement is!

Diane, I have looked for your book at Costco in San Ramon at least 2 times, maybe 3. Can never find it. Would totally buy it. I shop there regularly as it is near my office and they have the most ~beautiful~ wild salmon.

Tiny blip: your chart shows London as being in BC when it is in fact in Ontario. I can verify Practical Paleo is in the Wonderland London Costco.

I bought one at the Everett, Washington store, but looked to buy another copy yesterday and couldn’t find it…
I have not seen it in the Castleton, IN Coscto yet, although I have seen a couple of other paleo books. It could be that they ran out (hopefully?).
Bought it at the Costco in Tukwila, WA on Saturday! My Mom was going to buy one at your seminar in Tacoma, but I can tell her to get it at Costco instead! LOVE IT!
Went to Gig Harbor Costco to find it. Found it great book, tons of info. I can’t wait to try the recipes.
Still wish I could find the woman that pointed your cookbook out to me at the Costco in Vallejo, CA. I was in her way and aplogized and she said, ‘No worries, I know exactly what book I came for’ and she snagged your book and ran. Thanks to her I took a good look at your book and decided to buy it as well. I am so happy to have made this leap – I am just finishing the 21 DSD and I have lost 10 pounds and my energy level has never been better. My complexion is glowing (at least my mom says so), my gut feels great and I’m recovering from minor surgery with the help of healthy beef broth and coconut/almond smoothies. Thank you so much for a great lifestyle guide – I’ll grab a few more for Christmas gifts if they’re still in the warehouse 🙂

Bought my copy last week at Costco Greenville SC. Love it. I discovered many food intolerances this year and I can live a paleo life with some modifications much easier than any other option.
Hey Diane – I purchased the book in Costco N.Dallas. I also took the books that were there and spread them out over the entire table – so Practical Paleo was the only cookbook visible… hope it helps! 🙂

I bought my copy of “Practical Paleo” at Costco’s Thomas Rd. store in Phoenix, AZ. I was so excited when I saw it there – I had been checking the store for a few months. Anyway – I am kind of in love with your Mustard Glazed Chicken Thighs, the book just falls open to that page now. They’re delicious and so easy. Just put them on a baking sheet lined with foil: bake, eat and voila – easy clean up. Made your Smoky Spice Blend and used it on the Bacon Wrapped Chicken Thighs – yummy but very rich- so only for once in a while. By the way I do eat other things besides chicken thighs – just thought you would want to know.

New to Paleo eating but have enjoyed my own cooking for years. I shop the outside perimeter of good quality grocery stores but know I can improve by cutting out more processed foods that I sneak into my diet. Look forward to reading and trying recipes!
