You can also track carbs with the Cronometer (free-done with Mercola’s input) and your bathroom scale (weight gain is likely inflammation from carbs). I also use the candida spit test in a glass of water the next morning to see. If I ate too many carbs the day before my spit grows legs or sinks. If my carbs were just right-the spit floats. If you always have spit growing legs or sinking-you likely need to treat your candida overgrowth.
Also, since I have some inflammation (excess weight) I lose 1 lb. /day when I eat the right low carb diet (I don’t eat grains or sugars except my cheat day), so if I don’t lose 1 lb. I know I ate the wrong foods the day before.
Hi Diane! I love the new Diane Direct videos. Especially since you have been covering keto – as I have been doing it for about 2 months. Could you elaborate more on the different body types and carb intake? like what are the other body types and which one requires more or less carb intake?
