Spending super quality time with my girl Cassy Joy (of Fed + Fit) and with all of YOU who joined us Saturday at the book signing was the cherry of my entire weekend in Vancouver!
We left LOTS of signed copies of Practical Paleo 2nd edition in HARD COVER and the Fed + Fit book at the Indigo on Granville (you can call for one from anywhere in Canada I'm sure!).

Balanced Bites Spices – Easy Recipe
I love this easy peasy recipe (slightly edited from Instagram user @alyssastwobites) for roasted potatoes using my Diner blend!
Roast 1″ cubed russets with avocado oil and #bbspices Diner blend. Bake for 40 minutes at 375F (rotate tray halfway through), then finish at 450F for another 25 min (rotate the tray halfway through again).
