Review of Diane Sanfilippo's new book Practical Paleo
For those wondering why there are such long pre-order timelines on certain books, it's all about making sure that you actually GET the book when you want it and order it. If we put it up for sale 2 weeks ahead, and then thousands of you order, we'd probably run out and have to play catch-up, then you'd be sad, right?!
Waiting a bit longer from the time you order helps us to make sure we can anticipate orders and have enough books for everyone, on-time, when you want it.

Stay tuned for a whole bunch of fun, Paleo-oriented giveaways beginning on Wednesday and leading up to the official Practical Paleo release on August 7!
Any news on the UK release? UK amazon just keeps telling me it’s available for preorder but without a release date.
I don’t know about that, sorry 🙁 If I find out something I will let you know! It should release around the same time if not right after 8/7. They have had books available to them for a while.
Thank you. I’ve just been back to the website and they’re now saying 10th september.
So I’ll be about a month behind everyone else. I can live with that. Looking forward to getting my hands on a copy though.
I’m wondering about your book being appropriate for people on a gluten free diet. Can you please advise? I’ve read the reviews, am familiar with the paleo diet – but am curious about your book. Any advice?
Paleo is inherently 100% gluten-free as it’s grain-free. There is a guide to finding gluten in foods in the book. Enjoy!
